For nearly 20 years, Amiel Blajchman has brought environmental and social risk expertise to natural resources and energy projects around the world.

His work has included executive and advisory positions, project development, operations and closure/rehabilitation in Canada, the United States, Africa, South America, the Caribbean and Asia. 

Amiel specializes in risk management, impact assessments (ESIA/EIA), permitting, regulatory compliance, auditing, land acquisition, resettlement, biodiversity conservation, community development, indigenous relations, stakeholder engagement, sustainability reporting, management systems, and board advisory services with both junior and mid – size mining companies as well as the Canadian government. 

In addition to his professional work, Amiel contributes his time and experience as a board member of various community-based organizations and chairing risk and governance committees.

Tom Chervinsky is a seasoned Public Affairs and Communications expert with a deep background in corporate social responsibility and advocacy.

Tom has worked with some of Canada’s biggest businesses and industry associations to craft communications, CSR platforms, community engagements and government relations strategies that drive shared-understanding and build a common cause with customers, government, employees, and other stakeholders. Additionally, Tom has worked with a wide range of not-for-profits to drive meaningful social change, including work on democratic engagement, carbon pricing, extended producer responsibility, poverty and COVID-19.

Tom holds an MBA from York University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in CSR & Sustainability.

With over ten years experience consulting in both the public and private sectors, Andrea specializes in providing strategic expertise related to the environment, public policy, consultation, relationship building, stakeholder management and environmental sustainability. Her fields of experience have included the extractives, transportation, power, and public infrastructure in Canada. Andrea brings a proven track record working in environmental policy, regulation and compliance including environmental impact assessments and reviews, investigations, risk assessment, due diligence and auditing, sustainability reporting, corporate training, and community and indigenous capacity building.
